A new resource for the emergency
preparedness community has just opened their doors in High River,
Alberta - Bridges of Love is a faith-based organization that provides
Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training to members of the
community and is under the leadership of Marg Pollon.
For
those who are ready to pitch-in, Bridges of Love is offering a
Train-The-Trainer program for Basic CERT Training on 05 & 06 October
2020 at their new headquarters building in High River, Alberta. This
will be a full two-day course (see poster - below). Cost is only $49.
Register soon as this course is filling up fast and will likely sellout
soon.
By taking this training you will be an asset to your community, your neighbours, your family and yourself. Emergency preparedness starts with you. Are you ready?
Contact Marg Pollon and register today!
I, as the author of The G.O.O.D. Plan - Get Out Of Dodge,
endorse and encourage everyone to increase their personal level of
training in all topics regarding emergency preparedness. Becoming a
certified trainer of CERT means you can help train more citizens to be
ready if a disaster strikes your neighbourhood. You need to be ready to
care for yourself for the first 72-hours!
Help yourself & help your community,
Get trained!
